Volunteer Saturday at Swasey Recreation Area. Full day event followed by a Bar Be Que.

Upper Jenny Creek Shade tree: Dead Sycamore tree removed on March 9th by Westside Clean Up volunteers.
Earth Day: April 19th at Caldwell Park. 1-4pm. Set up at 9:30am. Tear down 4:30pm.
New Business:
Bigfoot Adventure Challenge: (Sandy) April 1st through May 31st. Participate using a passport that list of trails and has directions. y. Passport exist for many modes of travel like: MTB, Gravel Riding, Trail walk/run, Junior challenge, and Dog walking. Download the passport and get your map. Complete three walks and you are eligible for socks. Complete all hikes and be eligible for a Bigfoot Challenge Hat. One dog prize for each challenge participant.
Legacy bench site search: Nur Pon walk through scheduled April 2nd with Jarrett Robertson, COR, as potential bench location for Diane Madgic.
Website: New provider Hostpapa has taken over MacHighway. Is there a few people that would be willing to help with the TBC website. We are looking for a new person to add expertise and support for analyzing web host provider and website.
Community events: Wednesday, March 26th, BigFoot Challenge Informal Kick Off Get together 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm at Fall Rivery Brewery 4001 Eastside Rd. We can have a table. Volunteers?
Bike Month and Challenge Closing Party: 6/4/25 5:30 pm to 7:30pm. This event will be in lieu of the Trail Mixer event held in previous years at Swasey Recreation Area. Location: Caldwell Park. (Shade tent will be needed and tables). RTA is point of contact.
