Letter of support for the construction of a connector trail between China Gardens and the Gold Dredge Trailhead written and the Due to popular support the BLM has decided to include a connecter trail in their stream restoration project, which would make the Clear Creek Greenway an unbroken trail from China Gulch to the Cloverdale Parcel trail system.
American Trails is hosting the 24th International Trails Symposium and Training Institute in Syracuse, New York April 28 - May 1, 2019 now. Many of their presentations can be downloaded for $35. To see what is on offer check here.

Trail News: Many Whiskeytown Park trails remain closed due to the Carr Fire as are the Buenaventura and South River Trail between Salt Creek and Keswick Dam.
